You can request a quotation in the following ways:
– Register on our website and send product inquiries through the RFQ list.
– Email your product requirements (product name, catalog number, and quantity) to
info@ispstandards.com.

Standard in-stock products are typically quoted within 24 hours.
– For custom synthesis products, the quotation process may take 2–3 working days
depending on raw material availability and literature feasibility.

Please send a formal purchase order including:
– Billing and shipping addresses
– PO number and required pack sizes
– Preferred logistics method (e.g., FedEx account number if available)

– New customers are required to make full pre-payment.
– Returning customers may be offered payment terms based on prior business exposure.
– If alternate terms are needed, they must be discussed and approved before placing the
order.

Yes. A Proforma Invoice will be shared upon order confirmation for pre-payment. Shipment
processing begins once we receive payment confirmation.

– For international shipments, we charge a standard $100 using our FedEx account.
– For domestic shipments, delivery is generally free of charge.
– If you prefer to use your logistics account (e.g., FedEx or DHL), please provide the account
number at the time of order.

Most products are stable at room temperature during shipping. If your product requires
cold chain logistics or temperature-controlled packaging, we will inform you in advance.
Additional charges may apply for data loggers and special packaging.
